Peachy tea

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 1 peach, ripe and sliced (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Brew the Tea:
    • In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
    • Remove from heat and add the black tea bags. Let them steep for about 5 minutes, or according to package instructions for desired strength.
    • Once steeped, remove the tea bags and discard them.

  3. Blend the Tea:
    • In a blender, combine the steeped tea, sliced peach, and mixed berries.

    • Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  4. Serve:
    • Fill glasses with ice cubes.
    • Pour the peachy berry tea mixture over the ice.
    • Garnish each glass with a fresh mint leaf, if desired.

    • Stir gently before drinking to mix in any settled fruit pulp.
